Biden recently stated that "Israel must learn to make peace with the Palestinians". I'm not sure how lucid at the time he was but assuming all cylinders were firing one might ask why he didn't say "Palestinians must accept Israel is a reality, it isn't going away and they and their leaders must learn to accept this and make peace so no more victims die as a result of this hatred"

It seems that from Biden to Cameron, western leaders are trying to award the Palestinians with a state unilaterally recognised as a reward for Hamas' terrorism. This is dishonest in the extreme. No one would expect any other state to live next to another that seeks it's destruction and genocide of its population.

Hamas doesnt want a Palestinian state. They want a pan islamic caliphate along the lines that Isis established so even if there were some Palestinian leaders who said "ok we will make peace with Israel" their would be dead before the ink dried on the treaty

I can’t believe I am finally seeing what my 99 year old grandfather (he passed in 2005) said to me when I was younger much younger. 2 kinds of people in this world Jews and Jew haters.

Is it possible that Biden is just paying lip service? I wonder.

Joshua, many have started out as idealists, but I believe you're more of a realist than a cynic, and you should be. To think that by having a ceasefire, making nice with Hamas, will get the Israelis peace, is foolish and uninformed . When people like Mike Freer decide to leave their positions, it is a win for Hamas. It takes a lot of courage to stand up to these threats, but weakness only encourages Hamas supporters to do more. In Marc Levine's comment about Biden stating that "Israel must learn to make peace with the Palestinians" is so ludicrous and shows his and his administration's big motivation is a win in Dearborn. Because that statement makes little sense. Is Biden going to teach Israel how to learn to make peace? If the man had any mental clarity and his 50 something years in politics, he'd know full well how many times Israel has tried to make peace. They have "learned" how to make peace, now maybe Biden should pose the same question to Hamas and the Palestinians. So tired of the scripted rhetoric and the easy way out to call for a ceasefire and two state solution. The real problem is our politicians don't have a solution of any kind, which is why they need to keep quiet and let Israel do what it has to do to win in this "propaganda war." Joshua, never apologize for becoming cynical. You still hold onto your ideals, but you're smart enough and realistic enough to know that being idealistic is not part of the Hamas/Israeli equation.

So much anti Zionism is career-driven and self-serving, from Hannah Arendt to other Jewish anti Israel academics like Finkelstein. It’s the ticket to further a career, being a sycophantic Jewish mouthpiece for anti-Jewish racists. Definitely the same phenomena is apparent in the arts.

And if anything shows the reach of anti-Semitism it’s George Galloway’s electoral victory as a British MP. What does a one-policy platform (“This one’s for Gaza”) have to do with serving his electorate in northern England? A case of cynicism masquerading as idealism, riding on the fashionable wave. The sizeable block of Muslim voters in the electorate is a contributing factor but, disturbingly, not the only one.

Gaza was on the way to becoming liveable for its inhabitants. But Hamas chose the puffed-up Politics of the Anti-Western 'Liberation Struggle', behind which lies Jealousy of the absolute success which is The West and Israel, before any of the ACTUAL interests of the people. And so Hamas armed itself, using its civilians as shields, and then attacked Israel, and now Gazans are living in a Sewage Farm and chasing jobbies about, as the result of the War which has followed. I repeat: Gaza was on the way to becoming liveable for its inhabitants. Hamas and its apologists are utterly pathetic.

The State of Israel is the Necessary Military condition of Security for all Jewish people in the World, wherever they call home. It is a necessary condition because Nazism has declared The Jewish People as an eternal target for Genocide. I and my family here in The UK have been under attack by Top Nazis, who are protected by The British State, for the whole of our lives. The only Security structures protecting us are the Jewish ones, like The CST. These Jewish Defence Agencies can only continue to do their VITAL job because their security is anchored in turn by The State of Israel. This is also true for The ADL in The USA. These Facts are why ALL Jews in The Diaspora NEED Israel. This is the Non-Negotiable military truth I am afraid. Get used to it.

The Arab Plan 'offered specific security guarantees and normalization',...Come on, who believes that! Hamas will rearm as soon as Israel pulls back from Gaza! Trump would not fall for this, so neither must President Biden. Take a look at this:- 'a demilitarized Palestinian state' will not happen, for the following well-worn reason: Arab Terrorist Militias will always smuggle low and high calibre Armaments and Rockets into any such state, to become the civil power, and eventually overthrow any demilitarised Government there, to become the fact on the ground. This is what happened in Lebanon, which became Hezbollah, and what happened in Gaza, which became Hamas. FOR EVERY Arab State in The Middle East has a violent Jihadi, Islamist, and Basiji core. Get used to this fact. The Palestinian Territories would become armed immediately, and the Genocidal bloodshed against Israel which Hamas is sworn to with their Nazi Allies monitored here in London in 2014, would be much much worse than Gaza is today.

Remember the Oslo accords and demilitarization of West Bank? If it wasn’t for Israel hate, the so-called Palestinians would self destruct.

Some frankly Anti-Semitic commentators write that 'a demilitarized Palestinian state' is the way forward for Israel and The Palestinians. This will not happen, for the following well-worn reason: Arab Terrorist Militias will always smuggle low and high calibre Armaments and Rockets into any such state, to become the civil power, and eventually overthrow any demilitarised Government there, to become the fact on the ground. This is what happened in Lebanon, which became Hezbollah, and what happened in Gaza, which became Hamas. Every Arab State in The Middle East has a violent Jihadi, Islamist, and BASIJI core. All the Arab neighbours and powers in the The Middle East are VIOLENT. Get used to this fact, and don't boss around Israel's completely legitimate response to this fact.

Also, A 1.5 (or 1.8)-State Solution, with Half a State for Iran/Palestinians on Israel's borders? Cannot be either, because as soon as such a 'State' is recognised in The UN, the Arabs of Israel and Gaza get the legal Right to an Army. This is what statehood means. Now, we have monitored highly-placed Hamas-Allied Nazis here in London sworn to Genocide against the Jews of Israel, using just such a Palestinian Army. Thus there can be no such state and the legal right to an Army, for the Palestinians. This prevents Genocide against Israel's 7 Million Jews, far far worse than Gaza is today.

Hatred against Israel and The Jewish People is used by Nazis here in The West who have been repeatedly monitored here in London in Alliance with Hamas, from 2012. Thank you for your support Mr Gary.
