In case you don't know, the same thing is happening in America--lack of Holocaust teaching, or "watered down" teaching. Even the country's largest teacher union last year, in their guidelines, dropped "Jewish" from their Holocaust "explanation" and wrote that when talking about the Holocaust (if at all) it should be explained as "many ethnic groups" were targeted. Meanwhile, many regional unions and teachers' groups are bringing in "Palestine" lessons and anti-Israel lessons. It's so bad in some states like California and Oregon that Jewish parents have had to pull their kids out of some schools (and they are suing). Qatar is not just spending billions on American universities to influence all this, but they are now giving money to K-12 schools as well. Lawsuits are in progress, but the direction is clear: Jew hate is growing and no end in sight.

I am proud to say we shut that crap down real quick using the state assembly in Wisconsin. It was an easy argument, if many "ethnic groups" can be substituted for "Jewish"; then there is no need for any reference to Black or Negros when discussing slavery. That created an outcry to which I said, "it hurts when BS hits close to home"!

When one disgusting cretin from BLM suggested using Oct 7th as Palestinian Freedom day; I said sure, I have a bunch of pictures that's how what you stand for...

I think that many Republicans consider me a wild animal that is nice to have sometimes but the rest of the time they want me under cover! Conservatives who are willing to fight for our nation, people and faiths love me!

Remember we are continuing to grow the Swords of God Militia. The training includes firearms safety and marksmanship. We also have an unarmed combat course. I am real proud of the participation of the Jewish and Hindi people. Christians as the largest demographic not so much.

If nothing else arm yourself and learn how to use it well; someday your life and those of your family will count on you. If you are unable to purchase a firearm for financial reasons, are a citizen with a clan record we will provide you a firearm at a discount or for free.

No citizen should be unable to defend himself (herself) from an attacker!

We are Sword of God Militia!

That is a perfect response to the "ethnic groups" statement.

These British Unions are despicable they should not be teaching children. All of us that support the Jewish people must remember this shocking act and the devastating conclusion. Light a candle and remember on every Holocaust anniversary. I apologise for the

actions of these disgusting people. 🙏

Susan, you can light candles...

I am going to load magazines!

No one is going to repeat the holocaust on my watch!

The erasure of Jewish history is a terrible situation but it is equally important that Jews remember their own heritage

And actively defend it!

Do not let them erase you! Fight back!

One of my professors at York University in Toronto, told our class that 'the Holocaust and the Second World War are being swept under the table, because it is a white construction'. Keep in mind that this class was on Remembrance Day. This is absolutely deplorable. I challenged her, telling our class that the people who fought and died, were some of the bravest humans in history and that some of my family members were among the ones that stood up for freedom.

The sooner that we scorn the liberals token efforts to remember The Holocaust, the better.

Why not create our own own, say when the US liberated Belsen or Dachau?

The Soviets wanted the credit for Holocaust Day , about time we dropped any pathetic efforts to engage with the politicos that hate us.

Who needs their muscling in with Bosnia, Rwanda, Roma or whatever? It's that craven cringing about their commemorating us ,that's led us to this.

Token patsies like Mirvais aren't what Jews need. We need Judas Maccabees, not Stephen Fry

@Leo, thank you for summarising how the media (both social media and traditional channels) have used propaganda to allow ‘pre existing low level insidious’ anti Semitism to build. Teaching unions and therefore schools, the Labour Party and local authorities together with the large numbers of muslims have allowed this Jew hate to flourish, as a result of existing prejudices, ignorance and fashion.

Today’s Jews must widen the issue from the Holocaust, such that we try and educate the world on the Jewish journey from 1860s to present day, culminating in the rebirth of modern day Israel, emphasising the wonders that this tiny magical nation has brought to the world, and continues to achieve.

From Hollywood to Israel, we need to construct a program with movies, a series and or PR to show how the world’s Jews number around 16 million in 2026. Our journey and contribution to the world over the last 150 years is a story waiting to be told & ‘heard’. Our extermination under the Nazis is not what defines us .. our survival, rebuild and contribution to the world are the USPs of the Jewish people … unique selling points .. ‘a light unto the nations’.

We have the brains, the people and the resources .. pool them together and let’s teach the world the wonders of the Jewish people.

Initial reader reaction to essay is that the critique is too narrow in focus.

What Jews are experiencing now is what they have experienced throughout their existence. It is a process all societies use against those it wishes to purge:

First comes delegitimization (they don't belong here) then demonization (they are diseases, parasites, vermin, implying the need to eliminate them for the heath and well being of society at large).

The next step is to marginalize the target group through messages such as: don't socialize with them; don't do any business with them, and don't hire them. Ban them from all public arenas including schools, professions, and the civil service, and the media and entertainment fields. Don't let them run for office. Don't rent or sell to them.

This is quickly followed by exclusion: confine them to their own areas.

The way has been prepared: After that comes Attack.

I can't believe this is what Jewish socialist propagandists have fomented. Like Finkelstein and Bartov. Also the Greek socialist Yanis Varoufakis! They're quoted everywhere and it's time responsible academics need should take them down! Even time for lawsuits 😞😤

But Holocaust education has clearly failed. It seems mainly to have lent its vocabulary to antisemites . The word "genocide" has been turned on its head, stripped of its meaning to demonize the Jews who were its victims. "Nazi" has likewise been perverted to become a slur against Jews. Etc. What did all those students learn? What did all those involved in Holocaust projects get wrong? Was it a good idea to focus only on that singular tragedy, so that Jews were seen as erupting only once in history? As victims? And barely that, given that the only Holocaust book most students have read is "The Diary of Anne Frank." The Jews considerable presence in Western civilization - and beyond - was never a part of curricula that left no stone unturned to find roles of women and every other minority under the sun. And we Jews were silent. And complicit.

It didn't fail at all. Thank God for those who wrote and made documentaries. You ' lol see. The battles been the sacred and profane will never end. But the light prevails.

How else can they hide the lie of the genocide in Gaza. Can't have inconvenient evidence undermining the narrative. Britain is lost just like Canada. Two do nothing countries that haven't done anything to advance mankind for years (Canada never). Let them burn before they realize it's too late. Hope the Jews have departed and I'm around to see it.

History keeps repeating itself when education systems collapse. When nations forget their history they also lose their future. But I don't care what the UK does or doesn't do with their education system, what worries me is the lack of education of our nation, the assimilation and the thought that if diaspora Jews just cower down and hide, the incitement, rage and hatred will pass and life will return to normal.

Remember the Holocaust!

No one came to help us.

My heart goes out to everyone impacted by this.

It was you who welcomed me with open arms in London and in Berlin... even after learning about my background. I was so young and ignorant when I first learned about the Holocaust. It was brushed under the carpet, which never made sense to me, because it is part of humanity’s history.

When I was about twelve, I was allowed to choose my own presentation topic in German class.

While everyone else spoke about their favourite person or sport, I chose "A Day in a Concentration Camp."

I still don’t know what prompted me... this was not something discussed in the GDR.

It rattled my classmates. I will never forget the silence in that classroom. The discomfort. It was necessary, even if I didn’t understand it at the time. For me, it was remembering, as if something had nudged me to do so. It was obvious we simply did not know... and were not even supposed to know. We were kept in ignorance during the division of Germany.

As Christabel Bielenberg wrote in her memoir, “The past is ourselves.” To deny it is to erase who we are.

The erasure of the Holocaust in British schools is not so different from what I experienced growing up in the former GDR. I know where silence leads. And I will make sure I remember... and honour... the decency and kindness I experienced.

My heart and soul will always stand with the Jewish people all over the world. Remembering matters. Education matters. And I believe in you. I believe in humanity... Being a Mensch ... a kind and decent one. I always have.

Thank you.

This is called cultural genocide. The Holocaust is a stumbling block among anti Zionist socialists who still align with the jihadists, thinking it's a populist socialist movement. There is no successful Islamic socialist State in the Middle East to my knowledge. The two paradigms are opposites.

Holocaust is a stumbling block for opponents of Israel and for discussing the raison d'etre of Zionism. The centuries of pogroms, expulsions against Jews culminated in the European genocide, consolidating the national committment of Jews for a return, a reclaimation of Israel. Jews are indigenous. These facts are powerful emotional and political justification for the Jewish homeland. Europe was complicit in displacing Jews, never fully accepting them, persecuting them, segregating Jews, then participating in a massive genocide, systematically exterminating 2/3 of European Jewry.

The socialist writers joined forces with Islamic propagandists to sway Europe to support the Jihadists, the anti Zionists. They have practiced and encouraged Holocaust denial with fraudulent, menial and slanderous narratives. Finklestein, Bartov, and Fauroukis among others disparage survivor memories, accuse Israel of exploiting their history to justify 'occupation', denigrate Holocaust museums and memorials. They suggest that the younger generation should not feel guilty about Holocaust History and should not allow it to influence their perceptions of the Palestine conflict.

Paradoxically , had the final solution succeeded none of the Jewish writers would be alive today, possibly not the Greek socialist economist either!. Ironically, the people they sympathize with allied with Hitler during WW2. Their leadership formed an Islamic SS battalion aiming to complete the final solution in British Palestine. Rommel almost succeeded - with the aid of Arab militias. Hussaini the Palestinian leader broadcast Nazi anti Jewish vitreol throughout the Arab world, linking Jewish genocide to Islamic duty. This same Nazi theme of hate and genocide was picked up by the Muslim Brotherhood, the Hamas Palestine Covenant expresses it, the Islamic regime of Iran sponsors the militants who wish to complete it. Not for justice, not for Palestine ,not for socialism but for Islamic hegemony.

This new polemic of Holocaust denial is a narrative strategy to diminish Israel and elevate Palestine. It's not exactly the twisted cross - but it's a twisted narrative .

It's a form of cultural genocide characteristic of Palestine discourse. In fact, that's a colonizing practice... like fraudulently changing ancient indigenous place names , for example from Canaan to Palestine or from Judea to West Bank. It's cultural genocide to erase the indigenous claimant to their ancestral land.
