A lot to learn here. I didn’t know about the Hezbollah tunnels, or the Saudi demands for victory over Hamas, or the financial predicament among West Bank Palestinians. I so much wish I believed that there are enough Palestinians who recognize the wisdom of your hope for an ‘all-new Palestinian administrative entity’ to take over and be at peace with Israel . Given that, I believe, the Arabs of different regions/cities of Israel have localised tribal loyalties which can conflict with national loyalties, I found very interesting the suggestion of one commentator that each Palestinian city be given independent self-determination as a separate emirate (or similar) structure. With each emirate to provide the civil government of their own city)region and Israel to provide overall security control pus civil government of the inter-city regions, settlements etc. I would be interested to hear the views of others on this proposal.
I have eternal hope that that the correct path is found! Whatever happens it must be right for Israel.
