Yes, I agree with you on that but the Democrats and their Legacy Media and social media helped to ignite censoring of those with different opinions, as well as saying half truths as truth. I believe all are guilty, not one innocent in the bunch on both sides. As far as our country, in my opinion, we are almost at the bottom of the slippery slope. I wholeheartedly agree with you that there must be many more qualified candidates then those two.

Another fact-packed excellent article. This could literally be the base for a syllabus for a graduate level uni course. PS Still so infuriated over the Jesus was a Palestinian notion. Proof positive that there’s literally nothing they won’t appropriate to buttress their lies and continuing bullsh&t in efforts to rewrite history, obliterate the facts, and gaslight the west.

In the states, we had seen a surge of gaslighting, censoring in 2016, as a reaction to Trump's win. Legacy media became more biased, social media became the experts at censoring, and then DEI snuck its way in to our public schools, universities, corporations, just about anywhere they believed they could have an impact. The riots of the "Summer of Love" by Antifa and BLM were ignored and proclaimed as peaceful protests. We became a bizarro world. We are now seeing this spread to the indoctrrinated DEI students, university staff and presidents, etc. as they celebrate Hamas and protest in favor of them. Gaslighting is done by the "oppressed" against the "oppressor." What we see now is

the Palestinians are the "oppressed" while the Israelis are the "oppressors." Logic and facts didn't matter. As you said, they would do anything to make sure what they believed was believed by many. Palestinian children being killed? Of course they are, when they've been taught as toddlers to hate the Jews, kill the Jews, reenact war in uniforms with guns in kindergarten, too many pictures of "children" smiling and proudly holding their rifles. So, Palestinian children being killed? Yes, in the name of Intifada for their cause. But the gaslighters will have you believe something else. Even when there are pictures, they will say the IDF created them, it's not real, all Israeli PR. There are more voices coming out against this, and hopefully, more and more will be tired of the gaslighting that seems to be done 24/7. The world has gone mad and it's time to regain its sanity.

DS: I agree with most of what you state here, but the definition of gaslighting describes Trump to a tee. It’s exactly what he does to those he wants to defeat and discredit. It is SO unfortunate that the GOP cannot produce a respectable, intelligent, mature candidate with a basic level of integrity. Yes, one could argue that no presidential candidate possesses adequate quantities of these attributes, but surely, can’t the USA come up with better people than Trump and Biden to elect as Commander in Chief? It’s a dangerous predicament for our country.

People also need to be aware that there is tremendous leeway given, under the doctrine of Islam, for lying to and deceiving infidels. This is especially true when the deception furthers the cause of their coreligionists during war time.

Throughout the final decades of the last century, from the Munich Olympic massacre to the airplane highjackings and suicide bombings, Palestinian terrorists did their best to terrorize and murder their targeted victims. Starting in 2000, the gameplan shifted to the "dead baby strategy." Rockets would be shot at Israel's civilian communities, and when Israel responded to the source of the rocket fire, Palestinian photographers would be waiting to snap heart-rending photos of an elderly grandmother sitting amidst the rubble of her home or a distraught father carrying a wounded child in his arms. This worked like a charm to show the world what evil monsters the Israelis were. It served to demonize Israel and metastasize jew-hatred worldwide to the point where ignorant little snots on US campuses rushed to cheer the massacres of Oct 7th.

Journalists who strive to provide fair coverage don't focus on civilian casualties that tug at our heart-strings without explaining who was the aggressor, without pointing out that Hamas has built miles of tunnels underground but not a single bomb shelter, without informing their readers that Hamas deliberately uses its civilians to serve as human shields to become sacrificial victims and fuel the Jihad. Journalists who fail to do these things, are simply Gaza-lighting their readers and viewers. Their pretense of compassion for the suffering of others—along with the implicit accusation that you lack such basic decency—is itself an act of terrorism that we need to recognize for what it is.
