By acknowledging and appreciating this trauma, we can begin to realize the extraordinary Palestinian-led PR trick that has cast Israel as the “Goliath” in the Middle East.
This essay must be made visible to the entire world. And to add to it, the writer or another writer coould explain that in spite of all that Israel and Jews have gone through, we have given the world so very much. A learned man, and scientist spoke at a program I had attended many years, with a list of what the world today would be like without the developement of so much by Jews. From comedy to drama, from music to science, to modern technology, medical, etc. Imagine, no Hollywood, Broadway, cell phones with cameras, memory sticks, etc., etc., etc. I don't think any of those who hate us are willing to give up anything even if they were the ideas and developements of Jews, and Israel.
It’s really hard to call Israel as a country racist. There are Arabs serving in all parts of society. They are doctors, including directors of the emergency department of Hadassa hhospital and Jerusalem and Poriya Hospital in Tiberius. They are pharmacists behind the counter at many pharmacies throughout Israel. They serve as clerks in many of the upscale stores in the shopping malls. They even serve as officers in the army.
This is what the truth is and it will remain to be ,for three sides to truth, mine , your and the side of Truth standing away from any anti semitic view, I feel it because I experienced it to the point I couldn't breath!! We lost our heritage or culture or religion just to upeasy our wellbeing had to adopt to the ways of the day and place , it's sad but heshem the source of Israel is to strong to turn my back on , it redirected me to find where I belong, Thank the most high for this test of life. As Mizrahi have experience a lot of hardship n wickedness of the host country even when praying as them my God of Israel wasn't happy with me , until I did what any Jew would that I personally feel contained n joyful inside. It been rough but I seen the truth.
Mr Hoffman, the day we describe ourselves the way our enemies describe us, we lose the battle: The day we describe our enemy the way the enemy describes himself, we lose the war.
"Palestinian West Bank" and "The separation barrier, often criticized by uneducated Westerners, is seen by many Israelis (including myself) as a necessary security measure to prevent further attacks emanating out of the Palestinian West Bank and Gaza."
When Jews and non-Jews refer to Judea and Samaria, the Jews' historic, ancestral heartland, as The West Bank, they legitimize Jordan's 1950 rebranding of it to remove all connection of Jews to it. Jews referring to Judea and Samaria as Palestinian West Bank takes that effacement one step further and cede the Arabs full title because if the Jews recognize it as Arab territory, why shouldn't the world.
"The Munich massacre was a terrorist attack carried out during the 1972 Summer Olympics in Germany by eight members of the Palestinian militant organization Black September."
Calling terrorists militants is a specious distinction. If terrorism is the calculated use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims while militantism is aggressive and even violent actions in service of a government, then conflating the two under the rubric militant legitimizes terrorist organizations like Hamas. Interestingly, even governments like Englands, the US, Germany, et. al., who generally loathe to annoy terrorists could turn a blind eye no more to Hamas' tactics and sanctioned them as a terrorist organization.
In conclusion, Jews should not use the language of their enemies to describe themselves or their enemy. It is a sure recipe for disaster.

The only racists are those who seek to eradicate Israel and the Jewish People from their indigenous homeland The Land of Israel

This is an excellent encapsulation of Jewish/Israeli history. Thank you.
