You’ve probably heard about the unbecoming comments made, in recent days, about the Jews by Kanye West and Donald Trump.
Jews around the world were aghast, and rightfully so.
Bari Weiss, the celebrated U.S. Jewish journalist and author, took to Twitter, saying:
Trump calling American Jews ingrates. Kanye channeling Farrakhan. Any given Sunday in 2022.
But what about Israeli Jews? How do they perceive such awkward remarks?
Of course, it’s difficult to sum up six million Israeli Jews’ thoughts and opinions, but on the whole, here’s what I’ve learned about Israeli Jews since moving to Israel in 2013, and what Jews across the world can learn from them in times of strife:
