It’s called the TEMPLE Mount, not the Mosque Mount, not the Dome of the Rock Mount. It’s not the Muslims’ Temple Mount. It’s the Jews’ Temple Mount on which Muslim invaders built mosques.
In June of '67, the Israeli flag flew briefly over the Dome of the Rock, having been raised there by the soldiers who librrated Jerusalem. Too bad that Moshe Dayan worried about the negative response from the Jordanians and had it hauled down. Nothing else comes close to screaming ownership like spent bullet casings on the ground and your flag flying overhead.
Israel is literally fighting for its life. Some Muslims are fighting to bring it down. They want all the world to convert or die. Some ostensibly well meaning nations are holding back. Shouldn’t all be praying for the Third Temple? Isn’t it time to rise up? I’m not afraid. Have faith and courage.
Thanks for a great informational post. Very helpful in understanding the history and scholarship shaping the various views and attitudes re the Temple Mount.

Fantastic history…thank you. I have so many articles from dad about Rabbi Goren. What a miracle 1967 was. Israel is still miraculous.
Seeing the Temple Mount referred to as the Muslim Temple Mount has me considering unsubscribing if this is how Future of Jewish sees things.
Meaning the Muslims have stuff on the Temple Mount…
Don’t go. This is good stuff…tongue in cheekiness only; writer’s art.
I did not know much of what this article discussed. Learned something! Excellent article.
No offense, but ''Muslim Temple Mount'' is an oxymoron. The Temple Mount has been Jewish since Abraham, Isaac & Jacob !
Oh, oops! TY for your update. I was wondering why on Earth I read ''Muslim Temple Mount''. LOL!
