I have followed the Al Chet prayer for Teshuva over the days of Elul for about 10 years as a Gentile. It has convicted me well as I moved through these days, and I have become much more aware of my weaknesses and repented of them, drawing much closer to HaShem. Reading and studying Torah has reinforced all I have learned as well.
