This is a very impressive analysis of an incredibly complex history that considers many different perspectives and factors. Just a few suggestions: At the very end of the paragraph beginning "After the British General" there us a typo, with 2020 rather than 1920.

I'd suggest making more clear the point that from 1917-1948, the authorities and the world considered Jews living in the mandate Palestine to be Palestinians as much as the Arabs were. Also, wasn't Jordan formed as primarily a Palestinian state? Palestinians had always been a majority, I believe. And, I think it is important that Jordan's occupation of Judea and Samaria was illegal and rejected by most.of the world. Also, in Jordan's occupation, Jews were not allowed at the Kotel or other major holy sites- and that Jordan (mostly Palestinian) ethnically cleansed the entire area of its Jewish inhabitants - and destroyed all synagogues, desecrated ancient cemeteries, etc.

I might also have highlighted the attempt of the PLO to take over Jordan and the bloody expulsion of radicalized Palestinians from Jordan, who went to Lebanon and were expelled from there, also.

Obviously, the history of Palestinians is incredibly complex and you have done an excellent job with a multi-layered approach to it.
