BRILLIANT FOR MANY REASONS BUT ESPECIALLY BECAUSE IT DIDN'T USE WORDS ONLY INTELLECTUALS UNDERSTAND.

Bravo! Teach your children and grandchildren this. Understanding is power. Live your Jewish to the fullest you know how. Even if it is just one thing. From one seed others will come. Never let them stop you or doubt your precious gift.

When Jews defend themselves it's a heinous act. Regarding Israel, I answer the critics of that state by asking if you were being regularly rocketed, attacked by mass Arab armies, and had to endure bombings of public transportation, among other assaults, how would YOU respond? I usually don't get any response to that extended question much less a smart aleck answer. After the Shoah Mossad's diligence is an understandable response. Do I always agree with Israel, no, but I don't always agree with what the US is doing, either, but I still support and love my country.

Avraham Avinu: Abraham our Patriarch was First in all:

Actually he was the first intellectual man.

He was the first to spread the consciousness of the one God in the world.

He was the first to withstand ten arduous trials.

He was the first one to circumcise himself at the age of 99, and even to be called Father again at the age of 100.

"Avraham was the first to discover one God, but not by studying cold and impersonal science. He uncovered a world that was delicately orchestrated to support life, and he sensed an intelligent and compassionate Creator who had calibrated His world for human welfare. Avraham craved to spread knowledge of God’s, but, more so, to mimic His moral behavior. For this reason, he was not just a philosopher but also a do-gooder who extended prosperity to his ancient world. He ended wars, distributed charity, forged bonds of friendship and loyalty, and stabilized a violent and chaotic world. He began the project of relandscaping a fallen world in the image of divine will.

His descendants have continued his tradition by forging a world of science and progress, supported by enlightened forms of government, and boosted by egalitarian economic systems. They have launched societies that respect the dignity of all religions, races and genders, and that preserve the supreme value of human life. The progress of Western civilization was driven by a religious impulse – to synchronize the world with the will of a kind and caring God."

That is why Abraham our Patriarch is the father of our nation.

Most scholars attribute monotheism to the Zoroastrians. Not that I am an admirer of monotheism. I prefer HIndu monism. The two biggest monotheisms in the world have wreaked a great deal of damage.

We have no control over human nature and character.

One has to admit that Jews, like Brahmins in India, although a small and in many places a poor, minority, were and are an intellectual powerhouse. Look at the list of Nobel prizes. Dylan won the prize; Cohen should have. The proportion of famous Christmas songs written by Jews. The scientific and medical contributions. And so on. Merit is envied.

Saddened me a bit not to see you include Jews as excelling in the world of sport.

The Anti-Jewish thing about the Jewish thing....

I guess I have to be the one to say this since I am Christian!

There has always been bigotry, the real question is why so much of it is directed towards the Jews. And the answer to that question is as simple as the nose on your face (Nasty Pun intended). Jews are successful!

Let me say that again, JEWS ARE SUCCESSFUL!

Their country, small and weak when born defeated a union of the 5 most powerful Arab states (Not counting the other that were Rah, Rahing)..

When a person, family, community or nation is losing there has to be a reason that does not involve your own incompetence. Your opponent MUST be cheating! So non-Jews look at the success of the Jewish societal model and simply can't believe that it is that simple. Being a member f the Jewish community gives you the advantage of the Jewish faith weather or not you are a believer. Being God's chosen people is a curse; being God's chosen people is a gift!

This is also a dangerous thing. A good Jewish friend sometimes quips "I wish God had chosen someone else"!

I am going to delve into this next week, it is an uncomfortable subject that we should discuss. Why, because they are my people too....

Sword of God Militia!

Join the fight to protect the Jewish and Christian right to their faiths!

« Today, the Mossad has become somewhat of a global police force tasked with protecting Jewish communities. ». What ?! If only Israel could afford it ! Did someone check the Mosad’s charter under Israeli law ? Protecting Israel is a requirement. Protecting Jewish communities wherever they are in the world is a huge ask on a perhaps the worlds smallest intelligence agency. Jewish communities outside of Israel have to take greater responsibility, fut protecting themselves.

That’s excellent source material on how philosemites can flip.

There’s no need for deductive reasoning when you have from the Romans to the Spanish to Adi.

Really well done; added history and deep analysis to the theories of antisemitism. Much appreciated.
