The Jewish World's First Global Growth Engine
A global growth engine, powered by scalable technology, allows us to take on a challenge that no other Jewish organization has successfully solved for.

“Our Jewish Pilgrim Fathers have laid the foundation. It remains for us to build the superstructure.” — Louis D. Brandeis, Associate Justice on the U.S. Supreme Court
The past several decades have resulted in a global Jewish “industry” (more than 72,000 employees in the U.S. alone!) that is truly replete with good-hearted, passionate people.
The problem is, the way this industry has been structured means that organizations are prioritized over individuals and communities, innovation is sparse, aspirations far exceed capabilities, and people tend to talk more about how much money they’re raising than about how many problems they’re solving.
Since the Jewish “industry” is effectively tasked with being the messengers of Judaism and for the Jewish People, these dynamics have led to a Jewish world that is, simply put, trending in a dismal direction.
More specifically, there’s an unprecedented divide growing between Jews and their Jewish identity, and a growing divide between Israeli and Diaspora Jews, as well as religious and secular Jews. This is producing disastrous consequences for Jewish communities and organizations, the State of Israel, and the Jewish People as a whole!
What’s more, antisemitism and anti-Israel are quickly spiraling out of control across the world, with Jews inadvertently propagating these detriments in some cases. Organizations claiming to combat antisemitism and anti-Israel aren’t helping the cause either; most of them are unaligned, non-scalable, fiscally challenged, highly bureaucratic, simply ineffective, or a combination thereof.
Unfortunately, the headlines (all from 2022 and 2023) begin to tell much of this story:
We believe that the Jewish People’s “best and brightest” (more on this below) — married to the right organizational structure — can be harnessed to create an extraordinary Jewish world, which:
Empowers individuals and communities
Unifies and strengthens the Jewish People as a whole
Uplifts Jewish organizations across the world
Enables Jewish creativity and innovation to flourish
Supports an increasingly diverse collection of initiatives
Strengthens and deepens relationships with our non-Jewish family and friends
Diminishes the effects and anguish of antisemitism and anti-Israel
Our Ambitious Vision
As a result of these seven outcomes, our vision is that the Jewish People will be united and thriving; Judaism and the Jewish People will be tremendously respected by the greater world; and Israel will become known as one of the world’s hottest destinations, both for travel and lifestyle!
To realize this vision, we must:
Empower every Jew across the world to authentically connect and deepen their individual Jewish identity, and increase their connection with Jewish communities, organizations, and the collective Jewish People.
Develop and grow a global growth engine that (a) serves the Jewish People and our non-Jewish family and friends, through incredibly delightful products, services and experiences; and (b) supports an increasingly diverse collection of initiatives.
Significantly diminish the effects of antisemitism and anti-Israel by enhancing Judaism and the Jewish People’s image throughout the world
A Global Growth Engine for Jewish Empowerment
“Having an internal state of Jewish empowerment influences how — or, in some cases if — people live a proactive Jewish life.” — Yael Bendat-Appell, Vice President at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto
When it comes to tackling the mounting problems addressed above, our 18-month research initiative demonstrated that there are two components to a formidable solution:
Authentic Jewish Empowerment
A Global Growth Engine
Authentic Jewish Empowerment
Authentic Jewish empowerment encourages us Jews — and, by extension, our non-Jewish family and friends — to proudly participate in our culture and be firm in our respect and admiration for the Jewish historical legacy. More specifically:1
When people are empowered, they act with great authenticity, intentionality, self-confidence, and self-activation.
Empowerment might be expressed as leadership, expertise, commitment, and/or cultural competence.
Empowerment occupies an important place on a spectrum of Jewish involvement, ranging from outreach to personal Jewish sovereignty.
But it turns out, an increasing number of Jews are disempowered nowadays.
Why is this the case?
The types of Judaism they’ve been exposed to do not align with their interests, desires, values, expectations, or some combination thereof.
The vast majority of Jewish organizations lack the capabilities, bandwidth, know-how, and scale to effectively engage them on a consistent and continuous basis.
Misinformation, propaganda, gossip and hearsay, rumors, incomplete information, and antisemitic or anti-Israel messages (both subtle and overt)
When we strengthen Jewish empowerment worldwide, we will strengthen our Jewish identity, which will strengthen Judaism and the Jewish People’s image across the world. This, in turn, will greatly diminish the effects and anguish of antisemitism and anti-Israel!
A Global Growth Engine
Yes, it’s true: many Jewish organizations have tried this “Jewish empowerment” approach, but without worldwide scale.
This is where the global growth engine comes into play: Using our own proprietary technology, we can create and scale premium products, services, and experiences for the Jewish world — all designed to maximize authentic Jewish empowerment and make the engine increasingly successful, scaleable, and self-sustainable!
A global growth engine, powered by scalable technology, allows us to take on a challenge that no other Jewish organization has successfully solved for:
Jews across the world think and act in different Jewish ways, to different degrees, in different languages, with different desires and preferences, across different cultures, customs, affiliations, and ages.
A technology-powered global growth engine enables us to accommodate all of these differences efficiently, effectively, and at scale — in order to empower every Jew across the world to authentically connect with and deepen their individual Jewish identity!
And, in doing so, it positions us to strengthen Jewish communities, Jewish Peoplehood, Jewish nationhood, and relationships with our non-Jewish family and friends!
A Different Type of Jewish Organization
“Labor without enterprise is the stationary labor of ancient days. We do not depend only on the circulation of old commodities, because we produce new ones.” — Theodor Herzl, Father of Modern Zionism
Global Jewish Future is a different type of Jewish organization: a global Jewish empowerment brand platform, with a focus on technology, creativity, storytelling, experiences, and community.
In other words, we are leveraging the power of hi-tech to create and scale products, services, and experiences which inspire Jews across the world — and those intrigued by the Jewish world — to be increasingly engaged, empowered, intentional, and activated with regard to Judaism, Jewishness, Israel, and the Jewish People.
But, to realize our ambitious vision and mission, we have to do much more than build great, scalable technology. We have to build a new kind of Jewish organization.
The Front End
On the front end, this new kind of Jewish organization must unlock the Internet’s scale and democratizing power, and empower individuals and communities to “live their best Jewish lives.”
This is why we’re combining the power of brand and platform to creatively promote and strengthen Jewish empowerment worldwide.
By brand, we mean a pervasive and particular identity or image that is known for:
Premium products and remarkable experiences
Fresh, new ideas
Exciting discoveries
Meaning and value
Connection and community
By platform, we mean a growing “marketplace” that:
Features unlimited third-party “channels,” such as Jewish organizations, thought leaders, creatives, innovators, and influencers
Welcomes a wide variety of viewpoints, perspectives, and ideas
Allows people to connect with the Jewish world’s creators and innovators
While every Jewish organization is competing against each other and jostling for position in the Jewish world, we’re building a global Jewish empowerment brand platform for all of them to thrive!
The Back End
On the back end, this new kind of Jewish organization must use sound and emerging business practices, and vigilantly work toward self-sustainability.
As such, we combine the best of both worlds: a private company and non-profit organization to create the most impact, in the most time-efficient and resource-efficient ways.
Our nonprofit arm is responsible for all human expenses — the Jewish People’s “best and brightest” professionals — such as employees, agencies, freelancers and contractors, influencers, content producers, Israeli government relations, and partnerships.
Our private company is tasked with covering all non-human costs, like technology infrastructure, affiliates, advertising, marketing, branding, and performance-related bonuses and stock options for employees.
The private company also kicks back a percentage of its revenues, making our nonprofit arm completely self-sustainable in five years’ time!
To be clear: Our private company and nonprofit are two separate organizations, with two separate bank accounts, boards of directors, etc.
How We Make This Dream a Reality
“I don’t need more Jewish professionals. I need more professionals who want to work in the Jewish world.” — Detroit, Michigan Rabbi
Unfortunately, the current Jewish workplace does not typically attract the Jewish People’s “best and brightest” at every level of an organization.
“People are the most important assets of organizations, yet many of our Jewish workplace cultures do not reflect this important truth,” according to Gali Cooks, Executive Director of Leading Edge, a Jewish organization which helps others be more efficient and effective.2
As a result, the average Jewish workplace is severely lacking in efficiency and effectiveness. Here’s what this looks like in numbers:
Only 38% of Jewish workplace employees feel they have opportunities for advancement at their organization.
Only 42% believe their salary is fair relative to similar roles at their organization.
Only 42% think there are enough people to do the work they need to do.
Only 46% say the organization’s performance review process helps them grow and improve.
Only 62% say their systems and processes generally support them in getting work done effectively.
Only 64% say their organization provides them with sufficient opportunities for professional development.
A New Type of Jewish Workplace
“We always pump our money back into the community. We also need to pump our talent back into the community.”— Ben Freeman, Author and Jewish Educator
We are on a mission to make working in the Jewish world remarkably enjoyable, creatively challenging, deeply meaningful, highly collaborative, extraordinarily innovative, growth-oriented, and equally rewarding for all employees.
Why?
Because we believe that, to solve the Jewish world’s biggest problems, we must attract and retain the Jewish People’s “best and brightest” professionals — and enable them to work full-time on solving these problems!
Many of the Jewish People’s “best and brightest” professionals currently work in hi-tech, finance, and other major industries. This means we have to recruit and retain them through four primary vehicles:
💝 Hyper-Competitive Compensation
We offer salaries, benefits, and the like on par with other hi-tech companies.
💪 Autonomy & Agility
We welcome workplace flexibility, creative freedom, and work-life harmony.
♻️ Development & Growth
We invest in ongoing, self-regulated employee development, and favor in-house promotion.
📈 Capitalist Kibbutz
All employees receive stock options and other performance-related perks.

Investing in Global Jewish Future
We want to make it clear that, just because you can invest in Global Jewish Future, doesn’t mean you should. Investments are risky. There’s no guarantee you’ll make your money back.
We are a startup on an extremely ambitious mission, and success is far from guaranteed. Unless you can afford to lose your entire investment, you should not invest any funds in this community round.
If you share our belief that Global Jewish Future can grow its financial impact with its mission impact, and you want to be a part of what we are building, then it might be worth a shot. (Please contact us for investment details!)
We’re just getting started in writing the next great chapters for the Jewish future, and we’re all going to be figuring this out together. No question, the work will be ambitious, exciting, and meaningful — and we’d love to have you join us for the ride!
