This Week on NEGEV – The Wide World of Judaism (and an Urgent Note From Our Founder)
First, an urgent note from NEGEV’s founder:
Shalom, it’s Joshua, writing you from Tel Aviv. The seemingly unprecedented amount of antisemitism plaguing the Jewish world is quickly spiraling out of control, so much so that it prompted me to rethink our model.
Starting today, NEGEV is now a “freemium” app. This is part of our new, creative, and (dare I say) innovative strategy to support the global fight against antisemitism, which we plan to detail publicly in the coming weeks.
While putting up a paywall across the entire app is good for business (and allows us to continue innovating), it is not effective for the global fight against antisemitism, which is far more important to us.
This is why we turned NEGEV into a “freemium” app. Freemium means that part of the app is free forever and other parts require a premium subscription, so that we can continue building a remarkable Jewish experience for people across the world.
