An Israeli soldier is first and foremost a citizen. And he remains a law-abiding citizen in times of peace and war.
A soldier of another army (to one degree or another) is, first of all, a soldier. He is trained to be a good tool for war, and he has no sense of being a citizen. In war, he is a soldier and acts according to the rules that are accepted (historically, traditionally, or under the influence of propaganda and orders) in his army.
An Israeli soldier does not kill, torture or rape civilians and non-combatants because it is illegal, because it is contrary to the laws, concepts and ideology of the country and the army.
And I don’t know a single army where a soldier during a war is constantly reminded of basic human principles, and I know many armies where these principles are ignored or others are imposed, based on cruelty, violence and disregard for all laws, including their own.
People who served in other armies find a lot of unusual things in the Israeli army.
This is truly a people's army, in which, to a certain extent, representatives of all segments of the population, all ages, nationalities, religions and social status serve.
Most of them were brought up with democratic values. The value of human life has been a priority for them since childhood. Many of them will not harm civilians even if they are hostile to them, even if there is a threat to themselves.
If this had been possible, they would not have fought, much less killed anyone. They have to fight, because if they don’t do this, their close friends and acquaintances will die.
This has been tested and proven by history, life and what has happened and is happening now.
Anyone who tries to refute this is a complete ignoramus, a vile liar or a notorious scoundrel.

The Israeli Army is everything Hamas is not….decent, honorable, patriotic, humanitarian, intelligent, faithful…and many more attributes!
