I’m coming to believe that our role as Jews is a test for the world’s ability to distinguish truth from lies and good from evil. And much of the world is failing. It makes me appreciate all the more those who have their heads screwed on properly.

Well done, profound, and sad.

That's the thing. We thought the aftermath of the Holocaust, education and getting to know Jews as people would cut down on the problem of anti Semitism. OOPS. Who thought this would all blow up in our faces?

There is no “right side up”. If there was , Israel would be at peace with its neighbours. The international community could be trusted to want to know the difference between right and wrong. The world is corrupted by “interests “ which exclude “right side up”.

There is no right side up world, certainly not today. Jews need to teach their enemies a lesson they will never forget and from which it will take them decades to recover. Time to stop lamenting. The world is awry and getting worse every day. Let's hope Israel goes in the opposite direction.
