Brilliant !

Israel has quietly for decades help the world become a safer place. There is a morality at play here that other nations seem to have forgot.

When the current war with Iran comes to an end - hopefully within a couple of weeks (allowing Israel to take out all there military hardware, airplanes, rockets, missiles) the middles east will be such a better place. Hezbollah gone (The Lebanese army now has control returned) Hamas destroyed with no funding - and who knows about the Houthis - (where the bleeding hell did they come from ?)

We all then pray that Israel can have peace from its neighbours and not having to feel under constant threat

Joshua, thank you for your insights and clarity. As Israel prosecutes this surgically precise denigration of Iranian nuclear weapons development sites and reduction in IRGC and associated domestic Iranian security forces, every US and NATO will benefit from understanding of how to successfully execute a coordinated offensive military and intelligence strategy. A famous psychoanalyst once said “Intelligence is the ability to tolerate ambiguity.” Truly Israelis can add this to their resumes/CVs. I remain awed by every bit of declassified information shared by Israel in the news. Thanks to the Almighty for Israel’s foresight to be a temporary home for Iranian exiles. Their fluent Hebrew and Farsi are a gift which will continue to be immensely valuable on Iranian soil. Please keep your essays coming!!

Israel has always stood alone. It will be blamed for whatever it does or doesn't do and Jews everywhere will have antisemitism directed at us irregardless of the circumstances.

Those who trust Trump are fools. His "in two weeks" means never.

The Democrats are not supportive of Israel unless it is attacked, then it is entitled to "fight back" but never win. Calls for a cease fire begin immediately, no matter what the provocation.

former vp candidate tim kaine, walz, raskin, sanders all warning agains "dangerous escatlation" and dragging the US into war that we have nothing to do with. 1930's all over again. Let's negotiate ....during WWII, let's negotiate...they get to keep their death camps and we go home.

Iran's diplomat...stop all aggression from the aggressor and then make it pay for its agression. And that was kristalnacht ... protecting the German public from the cancer within. That was invading Poland, a necessary preemptive strike and then commencing the genocide in earnest.

So Britain and France finally said....guess negotiation with the german regime don't work. USA interested? NOPE. That's your problem. Go to it boys.

Israel doesn’t need America or any other government to come to its aid, it has always had the “almighty power” on its side. God bless Israel for saving the world from terrorism and total destruction. Thank you from your many friends and supporters in the USA.

The West has a full plan for what happens after Iran’s Nuclear Program has been destroyed. Saudi Arabia will be asked to secure Islam as a Faith but not as Terrorist Islamist Ideology in The Middle East, when Militant terrorist Shia Islamism has been disarmed. There is discussion here in Europe amongst Foreign Correspondants in The Media. This is the answer. Islam is about to undergo the Modernist Reformation which Christianity went through when Fundamentalism was overthrown here in Europe. And about time too, to the enormous benefit of everyone.

Not quite. But thanks for your thoughts, Jewish Grandmother. Hamas is responsible for the War in Gaza by launching their Islamist attack at Israel. Gaza’s population needs removing to places where their ideology and chosen terrorist path no longer threatens Israel. Terrorist Islamism in Gaza and in Iran must be completely defeated, since it demands the destruction of The West.

Very well said, should be distributed far and wide!

Some effort to generate anti-Jewish sentiment on both left and right is the claim that Israel started this operation but needs to drag the US into it to finish it.

One would think that 8 days into this operation everyone, not just people in the Middle East, would agree that Israel's military knows a thing or two about military planning. They would not have gone in without a plan for Fordow and no doubt it will be as spectacular and innovative as what has already taken place.

There are reports that now that Israel is asking the US to decide soon whether it will intervene so that Israel can take action if the US won't.

Excellent analysis, Joshua. You are 100 % correct-- Israel does not need the US to complete its objectives. As Trump is being pulled back and forth on dropping the big bunker busters on the Fordow facility and with some questioning whether the big explosives are big enough, it is in Israel's best interest to complete the job themselves. The US can sit offshore and help take down the Iranian incoming. Few people have the realization of Israel's ability and ingenuity to accomplish the impossible. God's blessings on Israel. Shalom.

I actually hope Israel achieves destroying Fordow this way instead of relying on America's bunker buster. I don't need to hear idiots going on about us "fighting wars for Israel" even though we've never done any such thing. I doesn't matter that Israel does 90% of the work, these cretins will still claim that that one bombing amounts to us having gone to war for Israel.

100% correct! Two suggestions: open a tanker full of Iranian crude oil to run down and fill the tunnel to Fordo and then light it up. Also kidnap the Ayatollah and secretly hold him at a likely missile target and allow the Iranians to kill him.

Leave it to Iran to put its citizens at risk by setting a nuclear weapons facility nearby. Kind of like Hamas storing grenades under NICU isolettes. 😡
