I absolutely believe you are probably correct that more couples have decided, "davka," to have more children as a result of Oct 7, but it's curious that you did not cite any survey showing it. That would be very interesting. I just finished reading Saul Singer and Dan Senor's fabulous new book, "The Genius of Israel," (my review of it will appear very soon in the Jewish Journal), and they also document how even secular Israelis are tending to have 3-4 kids each, and how Israel is such an outlier from other affluent, Western democracies in every way, not least of which is their robust fertility.
