I am against the Death Penalty when applied through Civilian Administration, both because it sullies the condition of Civilian Justice and creates Martyrs. However, the Rules of War apply to Terrorists, making The Gaza War legal, because it was started by Hamas who were repeatedly offered both Self-governance after the Gazan Arabs were offered Statehood, and is therefore legal. But this is Military Law not Civilian Law, and should be kept this way.

Exactly. The West want to control the Jewish people/Israel but when it comes to the Islamic countries it's like 'Oh well. It's not our business.'
