I agree 100% with you. As a student of history, the same conditions and symptoms that were prevalent in pre-Nazi Germany in the 1920s are manifesting themselves collectively in every so-called Western democracy. In less than 8 years, the 'civilized' Germans became supporters of Hitler and his Nazi ideology. It happened rapidly. Today, we see the same thing happening--scapegoating of Jews for ills of society, acceptance of such vitriol by major politicians in the Democrat party, promulgation and amplification of this hatred in academia, the media and entertainment, and a total paralysis by Jewish leadership on how to address this.
Mob behavior and mentality have taken over, and sadly there are no adults in the political room to stand up to it. If anything western democracy politicians have succumbed to the mob in order to retain power. The signs of decay of the west are all too evident.
I visit Israel annually and would like to visit more often. I feel safer in Israel than I do anywhere in the world. I worry more for my grandchildren in NY than my grandchildren in Israel. I tell this to anyone who makes a face or mentions about “dangers” in Israel.
I am not ethically Jewish, however I have been a Zionist since my teen years. It occurs to me that one of the best things Jews could do to ensure their future is to stop voting against their own interest, which is to say stop voting Democrat. Their entire power base is predicated on envy, and what easier target than those who have struggled and done well?
I don’t think the Jews have much choice, do they? They are the chosen people, there’s nothing anyone can do about that; and God has provided for and prospered them always through blessing all their efforts to survive and succeed.
