So what is the conclusion? My takeaway is that Israel has to annex Gaza, declare Jewish sovereignty, flood it with Jews and put the Muslim Arabs there under lockdown for fifty years while the latter slowly leave or learn to accommodate themselves to having limited municipal responsibilities with no voting rights in Israel. But that requires Jews understanding that there are no innocent civilians in Gaza. And the way to do this is to demand the immediate return of all hostages, failing which Gaza and its population will be immediately destroyed even more than it has been. Such is the price of conducting a hundred year war.

Absolutely correct. If the Israelis don’t relocate all Arabs in Gaza to the far reaches of the Muslim world (or New York City), they are asking for trouble. Empty out Gaza, fill with Jews, annex Gaza as part of Israel, and tell the rest of the world to go fuck themselves!

The mistake everyone makes is trying to rebuild Gaza when they should be rebuilding the moral compasses of its residents. For now, Gaza is the world's largest open air asylum for the criminally insane.

Interesting article . But in my opinion of the broad scope of history, Gaza was just a toilet stop for an army going south to invade Egypt or conversely the Egyptian army going north on some conquest. The good news about the present situation is that it sits on the shortest route for Egypt to invade Israel. However to use it the Egyptian army has to go through almost 2 million pals who hate them .

Fascinating history ! Israel should reoccupy Gaza and rule it as it did from 1967 to 2005 under military force

"But then came the Arab revolt" which says it all about the Gazaniacs and the Middle East, in general. From memory, it seems Islam has been at war over someone or something since it's inception in the 6th century. One example of this war mentality is the endless fight between Sunni and Shia.
