Israel's strategic nuclear arms would clearly be useful against strategic targets in a country like Iran, which is over 1000 miles away from Israel, but how useful would tactical nuclear weapons would be against enemies in nations immediately adjoining Israel? Which nations would be motivated to use their own nuclear weapons against Israel, either preemptively or in response to Israel's use of them? Which nations which Israel now depends on economically (most importantly First World nations) would sanction Israel economically? I have no idea what the answers to these questions are.
There are already European countries sanctioning Israel. However it probably will end up being more difficult for those particular countries since they get numerous products from Israel.

Peace, prosperity and co-existence will unfold and no terror states allowed to exist or form in the future--AND, no future interference from any outside countries, including America. AND Israel will keep Gaza, Judea, Samaria for their security as well as the security of the New Middle East. As for Saudi Arabia's supposed participation in those upcoming meetings --they are surely not serious about the meetings because every indication is that they are very supportive (and involved) in creating "the Dream." But first, Israel must finish cleanup of the region by ridding it of terror--including fully neutralizing Iran (soon). The New Middle East will then be charging forward before any outside countries can even put out a meaningless statement.
I’d liken the UN as more a death cult that just had another revival in Jonestown. The facts are irrefutable. It’s time to move the U.N. out of NYC, they have taken advantage of their gracious host’s hospitality for far too long. Let the diplomats, their staffs and families, enjoy Cuba, Venezuela, or maybe better yet, Haiti, where they would be welcome with open arms. It’s time to leave this corrupt fraudulent farce.
