We have been arguing for some years now that Occupation, of Areas B and C is Legal, since they prevent the Smuggling of Weapons for Arab Armies on The West Bank to go on to commit Genocide against The Jews of Israel.
This Israeli Occupation of The West Bank, with settlers and the IDF protecting the Commanding Heights in The West Bank and The Jordan Valley, is Legal under International Military Law because it prevents The Palestinians gaining Arms across their borders to continue their Nazi-backed War of Genocide against the Jews of Israel. NOTE: This is NOT a Bi-National Israel, because The Palestinians get The Palestinian Territories, WITHOUT external borders, nor the right to an Army, or a Right of Return.

I agree with everything you say. Americas weakness is responsible for the rising confidence of Hamas, Iran and all the usual suspects. It’s unforgivable! Having facilitated Iran in its efforts to produce a nuclear bomb, they go to deny Isreal the right to strike back!!! I believe that it is the responsibility of the US to destroy Irans nuclear capabilities, in order to save the world. Appeasing does not work. Israel must be allowed to rid Gaza of Hamas and put in place a new plan.
I would request that instead of saying “America,” say “The Biden administration” because half of this country hates how he is handling these issues. I know full well as an American that the IDF is awesome and has done their best in how they’ve handled this war—even though they had four mistakes. It’s the Biden admin. Hamas didn't need to see criticism from Washington to signal anything. This *was* the strategy on October 7, to make a spectacular attack that would induce a massive retaliation, killing many Palestinians. Ghazi Hamad said openly that they are proud and happy to see Palestinian civilians "martyred."
The objective was to degrade Israel's global image, stoke enmity on both sides, and avert any step toward a peace that would undercut Hamas' whole ideology and basis of power.
